Our billing is managed through Polar, a third-party payment platform. All purchases are credit-based — users buy credits to access Leedlime’s features. We do not offer subscriptions or automatic renewals.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • You request a refund within seven (7) days of account registration.
  • You provide valid reasoning that the leads received are low quality or not relevant to your niche.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected]. Include your account email and a brief explanation of the issue. Eligible requests are reviewed and processed within 5 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Refund requests made after the 7-day eligibility window.
  • Credits that have already been used to access data or features.
  • Accounts found to be in violation of our Terms of Service.

5. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds for unused credits if a technical issue or platform change affects your ability to use the service. These are reviewed case-by-case.

6. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

7. Account Cancellation

Upon processing a refund, Leedlime reserves the right to disable your access to the platform. Associated data may be deleted in accordance with our data handling policies.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
