# Terms of Service

### 1\. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Leedlime (the "Service") provided at leedlime.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service.

### 2\. Description of Service

Leedlime is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that helps founders and sales professionals discover and convert highly qualified leads from LinkedIn tailored to your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). The Service is accessed through a web-based interface.

### 3\. Payment and Credits

Leedlime operates on a pay-as-you-go, credit-based model. Users purchase credits, which can then be used to access lead data and other features of the platform.

Our billing is handled by DodoPayments, a third-party payments provider. We do not store your payment information on our servers. All payments are processed securely. Please note that in the event of a refund, only the purchase amount will be refunded; third-party processing charges and transaction fees are non-refundable.

### 4\. User Accounts

4.1. To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account using a valid email address and password.  
4.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.  
4.3. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering and to keep your account information current.

### 5\. User Responsibilities

5.1. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.  
5.2. You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account.  
5.3. You must not use the Service for spamming, scraping, or any harmful or unauthorized purposes.

### 6\. Intellectual Property

6.1. The Service and all content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of Leedlime and its licensors.  
6.2. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

### 7\. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

7.1. Leedlime makes no guarantees regarding the quantity or quality of leads generated. Lead results may vary depending on LinkedIn activity and your business niche.  
7.2. The Service is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.  
7.3. In no event shall Leedlime or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.  
7.4. Leedlime is an independent service and is not associated with, affiliated with, or endorsed by the LinkedIn Corporation.

### 8\. Termination

8.1. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.  
8.2. You may stop using the Service at any time. If your account is terminated, any unused credits may be forfeited at our discretion.

### 9\. Changes to Terms

9.1. We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through the Service.  
9.2. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
